These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Paper Labs Classroom, operated by Paper Labs ("we", "our", or "us"), accessible at paperlabs.co. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Paper Labs Classroom is a professional certification exam preparation platform offering scenario-based practice questions, timed quizzes, and performance analytics for certifications including CISA, CPA, CISM, CFA, CA, and others. Content is authored by qualified professionals with Big 4 experience.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
- One person may not maintain more than one active account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Paper Labs Classroom — including questions, explanations, scenarios, design, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Paper Labs.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform
- You may not use our content to create competing products or services
- You may not share login credentials or allow others to access your account
- Screenshots or recordings of questions for distribution are strictly prohibited
Our original questions are created independently and are not derived from any third-party proprietary material.
5. Permitted Use
You may use Paper Labs Classroom solely for your own personal exam preparation. Any commercial use, redistribution, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the platform within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@paperlabs.co for a full refund.
7. Disclaimer
Paper Labs Classroom is an independent exam preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with ISACA, AICPA, ISC², or any other certification body. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official certification exam.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
